Being organised to raise vital funds to cover the cost of our new venue for this years North West Regional Championships in Southport.

There will be a Grand Raffle Draw on the night of the Winter Ball (Friday 31st October 2008).

2) From your Dancing Teacher - Each registered Teacher in the NW Region has received an allocation for their class.

4) By Post - Please send your full details (including your email address) along with your cheque/postal order/certified check to:-

5. For postal entries please send your full details including your email address along with your cheque/postal order/certified check to the prize draw address

7. Postal entries will receive a comfirmation email of their entry which will include their prize draw entry number

8. If the winner is not present in the hall when the draw is made they will be informed by email.

9. The winner of this prize draw is responsible for all costs involved in attending any of the Dress Sponsors, for measuring, fitting etc. or for shipping costs if the dress is to be posted to their home address.

10. If the winner resides outside the U.K. they will also be responsible for any import duties imposed by customs in their country of residence.

11. The winner of the prize draw agrees to supply the North West Regional Council a photograph of the winner in the finished dresses, for inclusion in this website, for promotional purposes.

12. By entering this prize draw you agree to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
